Reporting Hosts:

If you report a host, we will investigate the matter promptly. If necessary, we may remove the listing or ban the host from our platform. However, we disclaim any liability for any further actions or consequences that may result from these actions.

For Hosts.

Listing Accuracy & Fraud Prevention:

We require that all information about your property is accurate and truthful. Any false information, discrepancies, fake listings, or fraudulent activities will be taken seriously and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

We will pursue appropriate legal action against any host involved in fraudulent activities, in accordance with the laws of their respective jurisdiction.

Free Listing Period & Upgrades:

Currently, all listings are free of charge. You’ll receive one year of listing privileges from the date of registration at no cost. After the free period, you can continue renewing your listing under the Free Plan for as long as you wish. Alternatively, you may choose to upgrade to a paid listing or, for enhanced visibility, a Verified Listing. Upgrading to a Verified Listing will prioritize your property at the top of search results, boosting both visibility and potential bookings.
